ISV/SI Rental Program

This initiative is designed to enable Oracle and their preferred partners a cost effective way of obtaining demonstration and development equipment for up to 6 months.

Customers who are looking to port their existing applications or develop new applications on any of the Sun’s operating systems can qualify for this program. Since its adoption, this program has helped many partners to develop a brand new market for their products. Details of the program are outlined below.

Program is open to ISV’s and SI’s.

• 6 Month initial rental
• Rental rate from 2% of list price per month
• Approval required by Sun before acceptance of rental.
• Extensive End of Rental Options.
• Return No penalty
• Extend Under commercial terms
• Purchase Commercially favourable purchase costs.
• All systems supplied with Support
• Extensive product offering from Blades and Storage to Workstations and Enterprise systems
• Hardware rented is new, purchased direct from Oracle.
