Delivery Driver
Location: Wokingham, UK
Reporting to: Logistics Manager
Hamilton Rentals are looking to recruit a delivery driver to join our busy despatch team with the role focus on delivery and collection or IT & AV throughout the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out deliveries and collections in the UK.
- Daily vehicle inspection with reporting of defects to the fleet manager.
- General housekeeping, compliance and safety in line with general working practices.
- Work with the team to ensure we deliver an efficient service.
- 0900am-1730pm standard working hours but may require early starts to suit the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- UK Drivers licence (3.5t).
- Flexible attitude to working hours.
- Warehouse knowledge advantageous but not essential.
- Health and Safety awareness.

Internal Sales Support
Location: Wokingham, UK
Reporting to: Key Vendor and Channel Support Team Manager
Hamilton Rentals are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Support team member to assist our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Picking up new Rental/Sales enquiries – working closely with / in support of the Account Manager.
- Searching RMS (Internal database) for availability.
- Raising and sending quotes. Working with A/C Manager on final rental/sale pricing.
- Processing new orders.
- Raising Extensions.
- Raising Quotes.
- Raising fault logs/swap outs.
- Raising Manual Invoices/Credits.
- Raising collections.
- Arranging Installs/De-installs – requesting pricing from Operations.
- Ensuring requested delivery and collection dates are met.
- Tracking orders for delivery and keeping customers informed.
- Pro-actively chasing timely return or extension of rental orders, raising extension/purchase off rental quotes where required, processing once PO received.
- Covering the sales floor when Sales meetings/courses etc take place.
- Assist with certain Ad Hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales account management role.
- Experience within an IT and/or AV rental environment preferred but not essential.
- Experience within a fast paced, dynamic company delivering to SMB/SME/enterprise customers.
- Problem solving skills.
- Project strategy/deployment (preferred but not essential).

PC/Tablet Technician
Location: Wokingham, UK
Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Hamilton Rentals are looking to recruit a PC/Tablet Technician to provide support and assistance in the day-to-day activities of our busy PC department.
The role will include the building, OS installation, configuring and testing of predominantly Apple products, but will also include HP, Lenovo, Samsung and Acer laptops, desktops and tablets, with the potential for off-site installation projects.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will undertake the manual handling of Laptop, desktop and workstation hardware.
- Work to a Day-to-Day delivery schedule with explicit timescales and deadlines.
- The candidate will help prioritise any upcoming workload, raise any issues and start working on future orders in advance of their anticipated shipping date.
- Keep the bespoke Rental Management computer System (RMS) fully updated with order progression.
- Help to handle any queries or issues generated by the sales staff or customers.
- Respond to customer issues as first line support.
- The candidate will from time to time be required to assist with offsite delivery and Installation work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting Intel/Apple based hand held, laptops and desktop computing products.
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- Knowledge of Apple devices and the Apple cloud environment is a distinct advantage.
- Have a good understanding and ability around general IT.
- Be results orientated and customer focussed.
- Proven ability to manage own time during the working day.

Hamilton Rentals are looking to recruit an Audio Visual Rental and Installation Engineer to join their expanding AV and Value Added Service team.
Hamilton Rentals is growing its AV capability and are looking for exceptional AV Engineers to join our dedicated team and work with the latest AV equipment.
Based out of our Wokingham office, the ideal candidate will have an adaptable, flexible can do attitude, outstanding client facing skills and the desire to travel to help us deliver exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the installation and often testing of a range of AV solutions. The scope of work can range from single items of equipment to large scale event role out across UK and Europe.
- You will be measured on your technical excellence, eye for detail and provision of first class technical on-site support.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as an AV engineer in the exhibition and/or events industry an advantage.
- An outstanding team player – working well with others; someone who is not insular to his trade.
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels, both written and verbally.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
- A flexible, adaptable approach in terms of working hours.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A full clean driving licence.
- A dynamic individual who will work over and above the job description all in the name of enabling us to deliver great events for our clients.
- Whilst not essential, someone who could be trusted to supervise at client installation site a small team of internal and contract technicians would be desirable.
